2025 in review

What a year it has been.
My biggest shock was how good AI has gotten. It is incredible for coding.
But also…
AI is incredible at image editing and video editing, and even music.

My favorite trip this year was Japan.
I travelled to SF almost every month. That’s a lot of miles.
Is travelling to SF worth it? Yes the events and people, if you are in tech, are worth it.
I also loved spending time with my team-mates there, it’s so energizing to be all together.

2025 I also got an office again, I like to go in the office.
Working remotely is fun when the team is large, but when the team is small and you have to wear many many hats…
then it’s nice to have a small place you call office, where you can do the whole hat-swapping managing.

AI is definitely becoming a super-player for anyone who uses it.
I tried to push-back on things like Claude Code instead of emrbacing them, for about a whole quarter, I felt like an old man yelling at clouds.

Company wise it’s been a great year here are some stats

2025 vs 2024:

  • 🛝 Signups +579% growth
  • 🏃‍♂️ Agents ran on Toolhouse: ∞ %*
  • 🤼 Our community grew +1281%
  • 🎥 YouTube grew: +142,272%
  • 🤑 Revenue since May ’25: ∞ %*
  • ∞% infinity because it was 0 in 2024

So what to expect from 2026?

AI becomes even more mindblowing and more amazing things as a founder.
